How to fix iPhone not showing in iTunes issue? Yesterday, when I connected my iPhone with iTunes, it was showing up there. I thought it would be some software issue or might be my data cable is malfunctioned. But it wasn’t anything like that. My iPhone was hidden in the Devices tab in iTunes. If you have ever faced such kind of problem, please follow these guidelines to sort it out.
Make devices unhide in iTunes:
- The very first step is connecting your iPhone with your Pc correctly.
- Launch iTunes, and Navigate to the devices on the Left side of iTunes.
- Click on Show/Hide next to the devices.
That’s it; it will show your iPhone and all the details in iTunes. It was a normal thing; don’t forget about it next time. If this method doesn’t work for you follow the step 2.
Restart PC and iPhone:
Disconnect your iPhone from PC and restart both of them. After restarting, connect your iPhone with Pc and Launch iTunes. If the problem persists, head over to next step
Reinstall iTunes:
If any of the above mentioned method didn’t work for you, Please reinstall iTunes. First remove your previous version of iTunes. Download the latest version from here and install it on your PC. If reinstalling iTunes didn’t solve your problem, Try any other or Change your Data Cable.
Changing Data Cable:
You can try any other data cable and can check if your iPhone is showing in there or not.
