by on May 22, 2012

No doubt iOS 5 has come with number of cool updates and even it has given totally new looks to iDevices and enhanced their functionalities than ever. Even this is a not gainsaying fact that whatever was absent in iGadgets is now present due to iOS 5 platform like notification center bar and relevant tweaks, iCloud, battery issues resolved and lots more.  While with this recent update of iOS, there are some battery issues exclusively seen on iPad 3 when it was updated over-the-air.

If you are already encountered with this problem and looking out for solution here we are providing you one.  But before that you need to know that all of your iPad’s settings or data will be reset so better make back up using iCloud. As this case is not with battery of iPhone and iPod touch, here you go for solution of iPad’s battery:-

  1. Tap settings app, and go for “General”, now get ready to tap “Reset” button only if you have already made back up of your iDevice, and select “Reset All Settings”.
  2. A screen will appear asking to enter Passcode, if you have already one tap on the screen to enter your combination.
  3. Reset the device and you are done, now restore the back-up data so that get your data back.

This will be giving your iPad almost battery back-up time of 10 hours, which was drained out due to update to iOS 5.1.1.
