Some people have a habit of having lots of applications on their iOS devices, such as the iPhone 4S, that keeps constantly throwing up notifications on the iOS 5 notifications center. Add to this your tweets, emails, Facebook updates and call logs and you end up with a ton of confusion on your iPhone 4S notifications center. And for some people clearing the notifications screen can get a little frustrating because of not having a single tap clearing function. Well, FastClear jailbreak tweak will take care of that problem for you.
FastClear jailbreak tweak is a very simple jailbreak tweak that takes care of cleaning your notifications with a single tap, instead of the stock Apple implemented method of tapping the “X ” icon on the top right corner of the menu. FastClear jailbreak tweak replaces that X with a “clear” button that you can tap once, to clear your menu of all the notifications.
Now this FastClear jailbreak tweak is by no means, a tweak that offers this functionality exclusively, meaning that there have been other jailbreak tweaks in Cydia that let you do the same, such as Springtomize and IntelliscreenX that we covered, but the reason that it gets a mention is that it just over-simplifies the whole process for us, and is sure to please those constantly barraged with notifications and even the laziest among us.
FastClear jailbreak tweak is free to download from the Modmyi repository on Cydia. If you have a jailbroken iDevice running on the latest iOS 5, then head over to the Cydia Appstore to give this a go.
